I’m Jenny. Nice to e-meet you!
I’m a woman in tech. But not the minority type. The type that managed to get to a senior leadership position. The type with 10+ years of leadership experience at the C-level. The type that inspires large teams to take action and move the markets.
This isn’t inherited. At 19 years of age, I came from a small town and landed in the capital city inspired to learn and build a career. I had only myself. No rich parents to pave the way. No strong relationships to open the doors. I built them from scratch. I fought alone and I won. But I also lost many times along the way. It’s part of the game. If you know where you wanna land, you’ll get there.
I’m here to show some girl power. I’m here to share my journey hoping to inspire other women to go out there and take their place. It’s possible to win in a men’s world. I’m living proof of that. This isn’t luck. It’s hard work, authenticity, energy, enthusiasm, and a pinch of ambition. We are not the weak gender. We are the real power.
